The L5 is well balanced in the palm of your hand with a rugged exterior and a smart compact interior. With built-in infrared and Bluetooth® measuring results are transferred safely and quickly to a computer caliper or handheld computer. High precision crosshairs sight makes the aiming process and spotting of individual objects easy. Mount a tripod directly on the instrument without adapter and improve a steadier sighting. L5 has integrated functions to measure hazard trees – excellent for utility industry, power line survey and construction. Also, it includes Delta Height Function to calculate the height difference of a point on a calculated straight line between two fixed positions, and a third point, for example at a power line, where the line sag is closest to the ground.
