1. Broadcast-film production since 1999 \u201cSpalywood filmproduction sprl\u201d.<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

Since January 1999, I have built up my own film production department based on AVCintra100- HD cameras and Avid editing systems) . Aerial cinematography\u00a0 with our 2 drones.<\/p>\n

The aim is to produce documentaries and educational films about environmental management projects and Wildlife.<\/p>\n

2. Consulting activities:<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

  • 300 ha private forest management.<\/li>\n
  • Conception\u00a0 and\u00a0 development supervising of the software for computer calipers for the forestry administrations in Belgium (Waloon and Flemish regions)<\/li>\n
  • Market study for a new Longwood-slicing-technology-: determination and research on the potential users in many wood sectors in 7 European countries- for the EC\u2019s Directorate General XIII and the private sector.<\/li>\n
  • Feasibility study for a forestry co-operation project in Chile – for the EC\u2019s DG I (1.350 mil ECU)<\/li>\n
  • Participation in the Development of the most sold forest computer calliper in the world. (Mantax computer\/Hagl\u00f6f -Sweden). Buildin up a group of programmers for the calliper\u2019s software development.<\/li>\n
  • Promotion and technical advice for the construction of wooden framework houses for the Belgian Walloon Region: large scale and technical publicity for wood use.<\/li>\n
  • Consultant for the German mobile-sawmill Serra: technical support.<\/li>\n
  • Realisation and co-ordination of environmental impact assessments (High speed train, new estates).<\/li>\n
  • Expert for different Belgian tribunals.<\/li>\n
  • Advice and coordination on the game management and development in the Belgian State-owned forests and in the Royal Hunting territories.<\/li>\n
  • Planning of a cross border land management (watershed) project for 3 countries (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg-Interreg-EU)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Conception of a training for forest workers in the Peruvian Andes<\/li>\n
    • Conception, planning, and management of a cross border mobile-school for forestry workers\u2019 security in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany (900 persons trained in 5 years).<\/li>\n
    • Consultant for the \u201c Institut du D\u00e9veloppement Forestier \u201d for a European experience-exchange program in reforestation of agricultural land. Missions in France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Germany.<\/li>\n
    • Chairman for 2 EC sponsored seminars in forestry politics for the national application of the EC settlement 2080\/92 – reforestation of agricultural land – in Munich and Brussels.<\/li>\n
    • Organisation of forestry educational trips in France, Germany and Spain.<\/li>\n
    • Organisation of training courses for architects in construction of frame wood houses.<\/li>\n
    • Programming briefings for the computer calliper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
